0166 (3)(b)(c) Licensor observed foldable chairs and other household items were stored along the emergency exit pathway. Licensor observed the outdoor emergency exit required a key to have access in the event of an evacuation emergency.(immediate corrections: Padlock was left unlocked and exit was now accessible in the event of an emergency).
